WEEK ONE - PREGNANCY
In this module we will discuss how amazing your body is right now growing your baby and how we can honour and embrace it, along with nutrition, exercise, rest + much more!
WEEK TWO - HORMONES RULE
Do you love a cocktail? Well if you do your going to love this one! It's a cocktail of hormones and it works wonders during pregnancy and birth! I'll show you how!
WEEK THREE - PAIN + POWER + PROGRESSION
In module 3 we will discover and discuss the 3 P's and I'll add in another one! PURPOSE! That's right pain has a purpose in childbirth!
WEEK FOUR - FEAR
It would be great if I could promise you that you'll have no fear in childbirth by doing this course, but I can't and I won't. Because fear will always creep in, and that's ok. What I will help you with is finding your fear, address it and acknowledge it and how to harness in birth.
WEEK FIVE - CHILDBIRTH
This is one of my favourite modules because we will be covering how amazing your body and baby are in embracing life earthside!
WEEK SIX - COMFORT
Who doesn't love comfort? Make yourself comfortable because we are going to talk all things comfort and how to utilise in your birth!
WEEK SEVEN - CREATING YOUR BIRTH NEST
Week 7 is all about nesting, and not the cleaning type of nesting. You will learn how to make the most out of your birth space - wherever it may be and how to make it yours!
WEEK EIGHT - IF THE INTERVENTION NEED ARISES
Sometimes medically issues arise and intervention is needed in childbirth. Module 8 will cover the variety of interventions, the pros and cons and how you can make the most of them
WEEK NINE - INFORMED: CONSENT + DECISIONS + OPTIONS
During your pregnancy and birth you must consent for everything! You will have a lot of information thrown at you.In this module we will go through informed consent - how to get it and what to do if your not!
WEEK TEN - CAESAREAN SECTION + VBAC
Week 10 will be all about Caesarean Sections - elective and emergency and how you can make it your own. For you VBAC mums we will embrace your power to birth naturally!
WEEK ELEVEN - THE POWER OF BIRTH
Before you head off to birth your beautiful baby we will re-group in week 11 and dive into the power of birth and it will be a week full of positive birth!
WEEK TWELVE - AFTER BIRTH
Ahh the magic of your baby in your arms! It's a moment you will never get again. Those first few days with your baby. In your final module you'll learn how to make the most of this special time
BONUS - BIRTH PARTNER
We can't forget about your birth partner in all of this! Your final and bonus module is for them! After all your learning and completing your workbook along with some help from me you and birth partner will come together.
