It is a time of incredible intensity as you transition from expectant woman to mother. 

This transition is an astonishingly important time in your life as you recover from childbirth and your baby slowly opens up to his new world earthside.

HOME VISITS

Home visits are 3-hours in length are flexible and created to suit your needs on the day. 

Some women love meals being prepared, or one-on-one time with baby whilst older children are entertained or even a sleep or shower whilst their baby is cared for. 

Often women just like debriefing over a cuppa. 
 

Home visits can include the following:

*Support & assistance with safe sleeping practices and helping you learn your baby's cues
* Help you set up a plan for shopping, cleaning and cooking with a newborn
* Help with older children so you and baby can have one-on-one time
* Manage visitors
* Support for physical & emotional recovery from birth

* Feeding support (breast, bottle or expressing)
* Bonding with Baby session - Mama & Babe herbal bath with complimentary herbs
* Helping to prepare meals
* Settling, sleeping & safety support
* Light house cleaning
* Support to adjusting to sleeplessness, motherhood & your baby's needs
