Kangatraining is a ONE of a KIND postnatal workout that allows you to get fit whilst you wear your baby!
Kangatraining is a low impact, aerobic dance based workout that offers cardio, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance complete with pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and posture focus.
Not only do you benefit from the physical benefits but you also get the opportunity to meet other local mums in a fun and relaxed environment.

Your baby's safety is an important part of Kangatraining and will be safely secured to you with an ergonomic carrier.
YOUR KANGA TRAINER
As mums of young children themselves, Kangatraining instructors understand that embarking on a post-baby fitness program can be daunting. All instructors are fully certified, having completed a training course in Melbourne, first aid certifications, and exams in anatomy, postnatal health, and babywearing safety.
Kate is your Kangatrainer for Sunshine & Surrounds.
Kate has been a babywearer since her baby was 24hours old. She loves connecting mums and bubs together and what better way to meet then over a little bit of dance and sweat!

All classes are held at:

For you first class, please arrive 20 minutes prior to class starting to fill out appropriate paper work.
PRICING
TRIAL CLASS: $10
CASUAL CLASS: $18

5 CLASS PASS: $60 ($12/per class) - valid for 3 months from first class
10 CLASS PASS: $110 ($11/per class) - valid for 6 months from first class
20 CLASS PASS: $200 ($10/per class) - valid for 9 months from first class

CARRIER HIRE:
FREE for trial class
$5 per casual class
$2 per class for all proceeding classes

Eftpos is available at all classes
